195Khz to 420Khz receiver operates on 24 volts BC-1206

It is 4" X 4" x 6-5/8".  Sensitivity 3uV for 10mW output.

The schematic with the parts list. What are the possibilities?  How difficult would it be to build a converter to feed it with short wave?

It arrived with all the loose screws tightened so I gave it an alignment. It is quite sensitive. I connected it to the output of my double balanced mixer and it picked up signal with the first five coils from my grid dip meter. Next step is to build a converter. Maybe that would be a good project to workout online. I'll take generic approach and build one from a broadcast band receiver and just change the frequency of the DBM LO signal.
