Looking at turns with a calculator

I used a coil calculator to see the inductance for four coils. They have 1, 2, 3 and 4 turns.

The 2T coils has 4 times the inductance of the 1T. The 4T coil has 4 times the inductance of the 2T.
The turns ratio establishes the voltage transformation and the inductance ratio establishes the impedance transformation.

The 3T has 3 X 3 = 9 times the inductance of the 1T coil.
