Low current - high gain - high bandwidth

This time I said I want to use 9 volt supply with 2 volts on the collector with 1 ma current draw. So the numbers fall in place. 1 mv in gives 90 mv out. Not bad at all.

Here is the circuit without the coil. It performs about the same.

The frequency response is not to shabby either.

Notice adding the coil gives the high frequencies a boost.

Lowering the coil value take the bump out.

Single stage amps are relatively easy. Next time we add a second stage.
