core data - what does a turn do for us?

My test transformers used 3 turn primaries and 9 turn secondaries #61 material.
I plan to do some test with #43 material but the #61 is working very well.
For now consider the graphs and determine if 3 turns is a good value to settle on?
I guess the real question is , what is the impedance of the diode ring?
